We have been here many times before the hotel was split into half. The restaurant and bar has moved to a make shift conference room. It wasn't too bad just the same as far as the restaurant look/feel.
Helen is always our waitress and has been there many years. Today the lunch rush was just our party of 5. We all got turkey clubs and wraps as the turkey was highly recommended. Everyone was happy with the quality and taste. Good fries too!
Personally and unless I was a guest of the hotel, I would not come to hang out at the bar - it just didn't feel like a bar. Although, bottles were like $4.
I am told a brand new small restaurant will be in the works late 2018, so stay tuned. Helen is really nice for the lunch crowd - a big plus. -

Came for dinner because I met family staying at the Radisson. It an ok option for a drink and a bite especially if your staying at the hotel, if not I see why it's not a very busy place. Nice enough interior like the hotel it's a little dated and needs some help. We had Nachos, a Reuben, Chicken Caesar Salad and Clam Chowder so nothing too hard. The Reuben was good - it says it's shaved corned beef but that's NOT the case. The Sweet Potato Fries, the Chicken Caesar Salad and the Nachos were good and worth getting again. The Clam Chowder (billed as award winning) was NOT OK! It was way too thick and tasted of uncooked flour. Sorry but this was unacceptable coming out of a professional kitchen - pub or not. So not sure I'd ever go back unless I'm staying at the hotel and I don't want to change out of my comfy clothes.

So close to giving this place 5 Stars, except my last meal there ended in disaster.
I had a breakfast voucher and the staff was trying to force me to pay the tax and a 18% tip on a to-go order....so shady and unprofessional...
Fruit is a rip off, but their egg sandwiches were to die for. Had that for every breakfast meal to go and the man working during the week was so nice in accommodating me. =) Yay for him, but boo for the Saturday staff... -

It comes down to laziness really, you drink in the bar where you're staying. Laziness can be the only excuse.
I'll put it like this: last Friday I was told they don't pour doubles. Then, a half hour later I was told they don't pour shots. Then they started running the vacuum a few feet from us at 9:30pm. The steak was chewy garbage and the vegetables soggy. Indifferent service completed the package.
Suburban hotel bars are rarely worth a damn but this is one of the worst. Please let them know by avoiding this shithole. -

Stayed in the attached Radisson hotel over a long holiday weekend, so we ate here several times. The homemade potato chips are outstanding. The bar had two live bands in over the weekend. It is too small for bands, but would be a great venue for acoustical music. During our stay, we had burgers, wraps, nachos, beer, wings - it was all delicious.
This is definitely not the place young (18-29 Yr olds) would want to hang out for the night, but for the 40+ crowd, it's great.
